I didn’t try the Free CSS Toolbox but I have the Pro version (Webuilder 2007). I just bought it few days ago and I don’t regret it. I need half as much time with this software to code my sites than with usual HTML editors (such as Notepad++, PSpad, or others).
One of the best CSS option in Webuilder is the Auto-Completion As-You-Type. A really great features you usually don’t find in the freeware/opensource versions (Dreamweaver has it but costs a lot!).
